  • feeling over/underdressed 
  • walking alone
  • peers I don’t know
  • too-quiet/loud situations
  • crowds
  • disorderly queues 
  • my posture 
  • not knowing what my current facial expression looks like 
  • how I’m walking
  • whether or not my body language is showing that I’m anxious
  • attractive people
  • being hyper aware of the angles at which people are looking at my face/body 
  • participating/presenting in class
  • getting distracted by my insecurities/anxieties to the extent of suffering academically 
  • caffeine 
  • money
  • my own goddamn breathing 
  • not even knowing why I’m anxious
