food:
•eat your vegetables cutie
•whole grains
•not just meat, LEAN meat
•literally protein
•water
•stop eating late !!
•throw away those oils
•put away that pop/soda
•sugars not good
•stop eating processed food
•green tea is your friend
•balanced meals
muscles/exercise:
•shoulders
•shouLDERS
•try to be broad !!
•work that little tummy
•don’t work too hard
•pay attention to arms and chest too
passing (without binder):
•baggy shirts
•straight jeans
•never skinny jeans with wide hips
•baseball shirts, hoodies, and dress shirts work great
•bedhead look with hair
•no makeup at all

passing:
•define your jaw and cheek bones
•thicken eyebrows !!
•nice hair
•take your time
•clean teeth
•most shirts work with binder
•you’re allowed to wear earrings
•any piercing is cute
be more self confident:
•tell yourself how handsome you are
•look at the good things
•plan cute things
•talk to cuties
•friends are great
accepting your nonbinary friend:
•try as hard as you can to use right pronouns
•don’t comment on hips or chest, unless they look smaller
•we already know we have boobs
•what’s “down there” is none of your business
•do NOT out them
•compliment them using the right gender
•they are still your best friend
•don’t bring religion into this
•they are already going through a poopy time
