@gallusrostromegalus Tonight’s dinner is my trusty ramen “stir fry”! I boil and drain the noodles (gets rid of some of the extra fat), then cook them with soy, teriyaki, Worcestershire, sesame oil and frozen veggies. I top it with a fried egg that I sprinkle with the ramen flavor packet instead of salt. It’s probably my favorite fast cheap meal, I spent the better part of a year tinkering with it. I just wish my green onions hadn’t all gone south while I was out of town

NICE!  that sounds really good and like a great vegetarian whip-up! (I’m a fan onf leaving some of the broth in and pouring whipped egg in for an egg-drop-ramen)
