My Beloved Lemon Bag has suffered severe structural damage becuase a very sneaky weimaraner chewed a great bloody hole in it while I was talking with other humans at the dog park today. The Owner was horrified and offered to replace it but the truth is it wasn’t serving my needs so I told her It Happens.
I’m having some trouble finding a suitable replacement though as, as my husband puts it “You pack for the Zombie Apocalypse”, So I’m gonna farm this out to people who know more about Bag Vocabulary and Online Shopping than I do.

Reasonably sturdy- I’m not backpacking through The Rockies with this but I do take it everywhere and there’s going to be a ton of junk in it.

Primarily Leather. I can’t keep it in good shape for long with the low humidity out here and my ADHD ass forgetting to do maintainence. leather elements (decoration, fasteners etc.) are OK tho.
2-strap Backpacks- I’ve got bursitis/an old clavicle injury that makes wearing those super painful. Single-strap is OK tho, I can put it on the non fucked shoulder.
Not over $80 USD. if it’s slightly over AND has a ton of likeable features I might consider it.

Padded laptop compartment should fit your laptop. 1L nalgene included for scale; the main compartment is bonkers huge.

he’s mirroring! cats do that to be social that’s also why they will lie on laptops or books. they want to do what their humans are doing because they enjoy being in the same room and socializing that way. getting him his own prayer mat was a really good idea bc now he gets to mirror without being in the way!
If I were a billionaire I would absolutely tell my secretary to send wedding gifts to anyone who sent me an invite regardless of if I knew them, because- A. I know how expensive that nonsense is. B. I would be a billionaire and when else am I gonna do with that much money? Honestly… and C. I would totally make showing up at random weddings with crazy awesome gifts my new stress relief hobby. “Congratulations random strangers! I admire your daring and stratigic planning. Here’s that 700$ tea set you wanted but assumed no one would ever buy.”
