They’re easy to clean anywhere there’s running water so they can be rinsed in a public restroom if desired, you can wear them longer than tampons, they come in various sizes and brands (just like tampons), they last for years (unlike tampons), and they don’t carry the risk of toxic shock syndrome. Menstrual cups can be emptied and put back in so they don’t create litter and the women will have less items to carry around with them
